Due to Course content that may have been delivered and exposed to Participants, therefore, we do not entertain refunds or accept chargebacks, nor issue Certificate of completion to Participant who have not completed his/her course training.

*When Certificate has been issued to Participant, No refunds, No Chargebacks are entertained.*

Participant who already enrolled and have received their study or course materials cannot cancel their enrollment in the middle of study due to unforeseen circumstances that do not arise from AIGL Online New Careers.

When Participants have enrolled in any of the Courses, he/she have agreed to these Terms and conditions in total. Please, ensure to read and make the right choice during enrollment.
